May 2005 - Yala Junction Fisheries Society, Tissamaharama, Hambantota District.
GOAL set up boat repair yards, provided materials and payed for the labour to repair and replace canoes and boats throughout the three districts they work in. In addition GOAL also distributed new nets and engines. (It is Sri Lankan tradition to erect banners thanking donors).
